Postcard with a sepia photograph of Haskell Institute on the front. Photograph takes up the top half of the card and depicts the campus from a distance. Beneath the photograph "Lawrence, Kans. Haskell Indian Institute" is printed in brown ink. At the bottom half of the front is a note from Bertha written in black ink. The note is continued on the back. On the back along the left side "4356 Carl W. Mettner, Lawrence, Kan. Made in Germany" is printed sideways in brown ink. Addressed to Miss Minnie Dingelstedt in Emporia, Kansas. Postmarked July 10, 1908 in Lawrence, Kansas.
