Description
Postcard with a black and white photograph of the Bowersock Opera House after the fire on the front. Photograph is mainly focused on the front of the building but the side facing the street can also be seen. A group of firefighters are standing at the front of the building, a couple of the firefighters are hosing down the building. The majority of the building has been destroyed and smoke is still coming off the rubble. At the bottom of the photograph "Burning of Bowersock Opera House 2-18-1911 Photo by Lawrence #1" is printed in white ink. A white border is at the top, right, and bottom of the photograph. Information on when the postcard was acquired is on the back, 1/7/1995.
