Postcard with a colored image of the Wakarusa River on the front. Image depicts the river and both sides of the bank, a boat sits on the right side. At the top in the middle "Scene on Wakarusa River, Lawrence, Kansas." is printed in red ink. On the back along the right side "Published by Lawrence P.C. & Novelty Co., Lawrence, Kans" is printed sideways in green ink. A note is written on the back to Miss Edna Wilbur in St. Joseph, Missouri from Kate in Lawrence, Kansas. Postmarked May 23, 1911.
