Description
Postcard with a black and white photograph of a woman standing on an ice sheet on the Kaw River on the front. Photograph depicts the river covered in sheets of ice, a woman is standing on one of the sheets of ice. At the top of the photograph "17 - Ice Gorge Cameron's Bluff" is printed in white ink. A white border is around the entire photograph. On the back is a note written to Miss Emma Keister in La Crosse, Kansas from C.M. in Lawrence, Kansas. Note is about the ice gorge. Postmarked February 20, 1910. Information on when and from whom the postcard was acquired is on the back, 10/20/1986 from Houde.
