Postcard with a sepia image of the chapel at Haskell Institute on the front. Photograph focuses on the front and left side of the chapel. At the top of the photograph "Lawrence, Kans. Chapel, Haskell Institute." is printed in black ink. On the top of the right side "No. 9981" is printed sideways in black ink. On the back along the left side "Pub. by Carl W. Mettner, Lawrence, Kans. (Printed in Germany)" is printed sideways in black ink. A note is written on the back to Mamie Baird in Carbondale, Kansas from her mother in Cherryvale, Kansas. dated and postmarked November 22, 1909. Information on when and where the postcard was acquired is on the back, 8/24/1973 from McPherson.
