Description
Postcard with a blue tinted photograph of Massachusetts Street on the front. Photograph is looking south down Massachusetts Street and centered in the middle of the road. Cars align both sides of the street and the Kansas Electric Power Co. sign can be seen on the left side. A white border is around the photograph is around the entire photograph. At the bottom border "1921 Street Scene, Lawrence, Kansas" is printed in black ink. On the back of the postcard in the middle "Walraven Brothers, Inc., Dallas, Texas" is typed sideways in blue ink. A note is on the back to Mr. & Mrs. Elmer Kinsey in Monroe, Michigan from Clifford and Edith who are driving through Lawrence, Kansas. Postmarked July 17, 1930.
