Description
Postcard with a black and white photograph of a train going down Massachusetts Street on the front. Photograph shows a train using the streetcar lines to go down Massachusetts Street, people line both sides of the street. At the right side of the photograph "Vogt Photo" is printed in white ink. A white border is around the entire photograph. On the bottom border "Lawrence, Kansas" is typed in black ink. A black column border is around the entire photograph on top of the white border. On the back is information on the photographer, William Vogt's studio was located at 1347 1/2 Mass. Street from 1929-1930. Information on when the postcard was acquired is on the back, 10/21/1995.
