Postcard with a black and white photograph of the Union Pacific Depot on the front. Photograph shows the depot from the front. At the bottom of the photograph "No. 6069. U.P. Depot, Lawrence, Kansas" is typed in white ink. A white border is at the bottom of the postcard. On the back towards the middle "J. Bowers Photographic Co., London-Topeka" is printed sideways in black ink. On the back a note is written to Mrs. Etha Stanford in Bonner Springs, Kansas from her daughter Ella in Lawrence, Kansas. Postmarked August 19, 1909. Information on when the postcard was acquired is on the back, 11/8/1979.
