Postcard with a colored image of the Santa Fe Depot on the front. Image shows the depot building and platform. At the side of the building is a horsedrawn carriage. At the top :Lawrence, Kans., Santa Fe Depot" is typed in red ink. on the back along the left side "10989 Pub. by Carl W. Mettner, Lawrence, Kans. Printed in Germany." is typed sideways in green ink. A note is written on the back to Miss Margaret Osmond in Great Bend, Kansas from Blanche N. at 817 Illinois Street, Lawrence, Kansas. Postmarked October 12, 1910. Information on when the postcard was acquired is on the back, 10/19/1997.
