Postcard with a colored image of Lawrence High School on the front. Photograph is of the side of the building. Image has been colored in by hand. At the bottom left side of the photograph "University Book Store." is typed in black ink. A white border is around the entire photograph, the right and bottom border are wider. At the bottom border "High School. Lawrence, Kas.." is typed in black ink. On the back is a note to Mrs. Sparkman in [Ilham], Colorado from Maud Sanderson boarding at 710 Indiana Street, Lawrence, Kansas (Residence is owned by Herbert and Janet Bullene). Postmarked February 21, 1914. Information on when and where the postcard was purchased is on the back, C Spring 6/1980.
