Financial, statistics, and circulation reports are part of the minutes. The library sold the bookmobile but planned on getting a new one.
The secretary included the next documents in the minutes:
An updated version of the policy manual.
A letter with a board member’s vote for the purchase of a new car for the library.
A copy of the annual report.
Clips of newspaper were paste into the minutes mentioning the new board officers for the library.
