Postcard with a colored image of the Lawrence Public Library on the front. In the image a man in walking in front of the building. The sky has been colored in, but everything else is in black and white. At the top of the postcard "Public Library. Lawrence, Kans. 3772. Pub. by Hoadley's China Store." is printed in black ink. On the back of the card is a note to Martha Greitz in Eudora, Kansas from Katherine in Richmond(?), Kansas. Postmarked January 15, 1914.
