At the top of the left side "Fraternal Aid Building, Lawrence, Kansas." is typed in black ink. On the back along the left side "Published by S.H. Kress & Co. Made in U.S.A." is typed sideways in green ink. On the back is a note to Mrs. Fred P. Shepard in Kansas City, Kansas from Lawrence, Kansas. Postmarked December 2, 1913.
