Postcard with a black and white photograph of the Manual Training School on the front. Photograph shows the front and the side of the building facing the street. At the bottom of the right side "Manual Training School. Lawrence, Kas." is typed in brown ink. On the bottom of the left side "Lawrence Post Card and Novelty Co." is written in faint white ink. Over the white ink "x = my room." is written in black ink. An "x" is in black ink below the middle window of the side. At the bottom of the right side "L.N.S." is written in black ink under "Training". On the back is a note to Mr. Willis A. Garvey in Lexington, Virginia from Lawrence, Kansas. Dated November 2, 1914. Postmarked November 3, 1914. Information on when and where the postcard was acquired is on the back, Brab box 9/18/1983.
